AT&T HTC Windows Phone 8X to come in 8GB and 16GB versions?

Neowin claims to have have received a tip from an anonymous AT&T sales rep who informed them that the HTC Windows Phone 8X will come in 16 GB and 8 GB flavours. The tipster told Neowin that they saw evidence that the HTC 8X will indeed be offered in 8 and 16 GB for AT&T. The tipster also revealed that training for Windows Phone 8 is already under way internally.

HTC unveiled their New Windows Phone devices, the 8X and 8S, which are to be available through more than 150 mobile operators globally. The HTC 8S is available in 8GB so it seems a little confusing that HTC might be offering what we see as their flagship Windows Phone 8 devices with a poxy 8GB in storage. Could pricing be the reason? It would seem unlikely as memory units a two for penny. We feel addressing the microSD card expansion issue would have been a better idea.

Do you think there is a market for an 8GB HTC 8X? Let us know below in the comments.
