4th and Mayor updated to v3.9, now lets you 'like' check-ins

4th and Mayor, the simple foursquare client for Windows Phone has been updated version 3.9. The popular application has been updated, bringing along a variety of bug fixes and the ability to 'like' check-ins made by your friends.
