Now that all the Windows Phone 8 devices have been unveiled [still awaiting Huawei], we suppose most current Windows Phone users will be contemplating an upgrade, trying to figure out which device best suits their needs. Specifications, features and budgets will undoubtedly play a massive role but one crucial spect that's not to be overlooked is size. While bigger seems to be better nowadays in the smartphone world, there is still a market for sub-4inch devices.

The above image makes actual representation of both front elevation and thickness proportions . You can make out how the Lumia devices are quite thick compared to the Samsung ATIV S. The ATIV S also boast of the largest screen while being the lightest of all flagships as well. The Nokia Lumia 920 makes up for it with the highest resolution of 768 x 1280 at a density of 332 ppi [pixels per inch]. Here is how they stand [thickness / width / height (mm) / screen / weight]
- Samsung ATIV S: 8.7 / 70.5 / 137.2 / 4.8 inch 720 x 1280/135 gr
- Nokia Lumia 920: 10.7 / 70.8 / 130.3 / 4.5 inch 768 x 1280/185 gr

- Nokia Lumia 900: 11.5 / 68.5 / 127.8 / 4.3 inch 480 x 800/160 gr
