WhatsApp back in Windows Phone Marketplace
August 12, 2012 at 08:55 GMT | By Darlington Moyo

Just like we told you a couple of days ago, WhatsApp, the popular multi-platform messaging application is finally back in Marketplace. Initial rumours suggested that the application was removed due to a security issue caused by an Android app called WhatsAppSniffer which allowed users to access messages sent using WhatsApp on a WiFi network. The were also rumours that the app would be back as a paid , most likely costing 99c.
Although we still cant confirm why the application was removed from Marketplace in the first place, we can confirm that it's still available for free. We haven't noticed any new features as of yet after re-installing the application.
Want the app? Simply hit the download button or use Bing Vision to scan the QR Code with your Windows Phone.
