Another Nokia Windows Phone 8 prototype spotted in the wild

Dutch Windows Phone website wp7.nl have posted an image of a Nokia Windows Phone prototype they spotted at the Microsoft TechEd conference in Amsterdam. This comes after Corporate vice president of Windows Phone, Joe Belfiore, disclosed that he was using a Nokia Windows Phone 8 prototype during his presentation at last week's Developer Summit.

Could this be a device that's likely to end up in consumer hands? Highly unlikely! The device in question (above) seems to bear an uncanny resemblance to the iPhone 4 and is unflatteringly thick. That alone should mean it will never sit on any retail shop and will most likely end up on eBay if it fell into the wrong hands.

A couple more issues of note are that the Windows Phone logo on the start button is that of WP7. We know that Windows Phone 8 logo will be similar to the Windows 8's, see here. The other issue is that the device appears to be really thick, suggesting that it may have a cover on it or that it could have just been made to be like that so as to house components that are still in development. What do you guys think?
