Another "Evangelist" makes bold claims about Windows Phone 8 Update

Oh boy, here we go... If you've ingested your fair share of the Windows Phone 8 (Apollo) update rumours and can't stomach anymore, we suggest you navigate away at this point. Still with us? We knew you like the odd rumour.
Rumours on whether the Windows Phone 8 update will be available to 1st and 2nd generation devices have swept the tech world like a veld fire over the last few days, with claim and counter-claim after one another. The situation culminated with one Nuno Silva making a grovelling apology about his earlier claim - probably after receiving a dressing-down. This time its serial twitter and self-proclaimed Nokia evangelist who goes by the name of Joao Luis. Mr Luis claims that he has had a tip-off from a "confidential" inside source whom he trusts 200% (some trust that is) has informed him that all Lumia devices will receive the Apollo update. We hope we wont be seeing another apology come tomorrow.
